Me, Ryan Jewell and Bryan Smith observed a beautiful LP supercell from its inception until after dark, from Newcastle to Agra, OK. The storm developed fantastic structure and a brief tornado was reported while we were close but in traffic (we didn't see it, but did see two brief funnel clouds). Poor chase terrain made photography a challenge once we reached Choctaw. It appears that the storm was a little too "dry" to support much of a tornado threat.

A brief tornado was reported several minutes after this shot looking to the NNW. We drove right up to the SE edge of the updraft and observed strong cloud base rotation and two quick funnels, but intervening clutter made it impossible to get a clean view
